Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Client Prospecting

    • Implement pro-active sales strategies to identify and pursue new clients, utilizing resources such as online searches, social media, and referrals from current clients.
    • Cold calling and emailing to initiate contact and create sales opportunities.
    • Prepare product/service presentations and relevant information to engage potential customers.
  2. Client Relationship Development

    • Continuously communicate with and follow up with clients to build long-term relationships.
    • Listen to and understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet those needs.
    • Provide advice and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Sales Presentations and Closing

    • Deliver compelling product/service presentations that highlight key benefits tailored to the customer’s needs.
    • Manage the closing process professionally, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solution and the sales process.
    • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Follow-up and Reporting

    • Track sales progress and report results to management.
    • Use CRM tools to document customer information, sales status, and follow-up actions.
    • Manage time and resources efficiently to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  5. Market and Competitor Analysis

    • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales.
    • Leverage market insights to adjust sales strategies and stay competitive.
  6. Achieving Sales Targets

    • Work towards achieving both short-term and long-term sales targets.
    • Increase sales revenue by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Business Administration).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
  • Experience in sales is preferred.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the relevant industry is an advantage.
