Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile various documents for the sales team.
• Coordinate with different departments within the company.
• Respond to company inquiries through all channels (Facebook and Line).
•  Record customer data from all channels into Google Sheets.
• Research customer company information (phone number, contact details, tax ID) and enter it into the CRM system.
